I may have to look into this, looks pretty good. Found the post at SIMHQ, so I'll link to it here:

EDIT: Bad news, looks like it's SP only, well shoot.
Well, Oblivion pulled it off, maybe this one can too.

Gal Civ II, a turn-based strat game, is also SP only. There is something to be said for good SP games.

I might be picking this one up tomorrow (If I can find a copy, hopefully Best Buy or Frys has it on sale), haven't bought a game since GRAW, so I'm due.

Let me know how it is. I think there's a demo, right? I'll try that and then you can tell me how it compares to the demo.
I just ordered Prey from gogamer for $30.

Lol! I ordered Darkstar One from Gogamer for $27.99 (Great price IMO), I should have it by tomorrow (Friday). I never played the demo, so I guess you'll have to tell me what you can and can't do in the demo and we'll compare notes. I'm not gonna bother installing the demo, as I'll have the full game soon.

Remember, those are recommended requirements, so they usually make those pretty high. Honestly, I never look at the HD space requirement, I have almost a Terrabyte of storage on my computer.

Unfortunately I do not have almost a terrabyte of space. My next computer just maybe, once I refi my house I got my eye on several sweet ass computers, between one of the Dell's XPS, AlienWare or just go custom and build it myself. Any idea's (if I do it myself) on what I should put in it? I don't keep up with the latest and greatest for gaming, only stock industry standard since I trade out PC's almost on a regular (meaning at work) so I only keep up with what our requirments are and what baseline model will meet that and slightly beat it.

Anymore news on this one? I did a Freelancer 2 search and Dark Star came up as a hit. So is it like Freelancer? Any Good?

I heard a variety of things about it, ranging from mediocre to poor.
Starshatter and X3 and GalCivII are the 3 best out there apparently, but do things differently.
