The ELH was originally the 3rd Regimental Combat Team of the SLDF in the days of the 1st Star League. It was a combined arms unit and consisted of 4 mech regiments and other combined arms regiments. The mech regiments were/are: 19th, 21st, 71st, 151st. The 19th was wiped out by the usurper and was never re-constituted. In 3061 the 19th Cav Reg. was formed to honor the fallen in the first 19th Striker and to bring the ELH up to it's full strength of 4 regiments. Currently we have the regiments set up as teams. The 151st is made up of our brothers in the UK. The 21st is made up of guys that came in from a different team (UTS House Steiner) and the 71st is made up of long time ELH people while the 19th Cav is new and is made up of vets returning to the fold. So as you can see we are made up of different people but we share the common goal of the team and have a lot of fun doing it.

Nice rundown of the ELH history Buff 
Between the site and old posts on this forum, you will find plenty of ideas about ELH both as a well respected Mercenary Unit of the Inner Sphere and also about a well respected bunch of people that enjoy hanging out online and shooting the shit with each other.
