Network TV goes SciFi/Fantasy

Post by Tach Deneva »

Threshold (CBS), Invasion (ABC), Surface (NBC), Supernatural (WB), Night Stalker (ABC) - anyone here watching any of these new shows, and if so, which one?

For further discussion: which is most likely to be cancelled first?

Looks like Night Stalker will be the first to go. I just read an article this morning about the show and how low its ratings are.

As for me, I am not watching any of the shows you mentioned.

The wife watches Supernatural, but I'm not bothering. Same with Night Stalker. Who cares?

As for the other 3, I'm currently watching them all. Ironically, ABC's is the poorest and is my bet for first cancellation except that it follows Lost. The storyline is weaker than the other 2, and the characters are less interesting. It's like ABC produced a gem with Lost and is now trying to get another from an exhausted mine.

Threshold I think is the best of all of them, with Surface being #2.
