Win XP and X45!

Has anyone else got an X45 Hotas running on XP?
Mine just doesn't like XP at all and that is with the latest drivers

I can install a third party driver and programming software for it that does work with XP (as X45 and XP problems is a known issue and some very technical person has created his own programs to fix it but it's not as easy to use as the Saitek software) but if anyone has any tips to get it working with the saitek software then it would be better.

Thanks in advance, IL2 is just dreamy on this new PC and with LOMAC coming soon i want to get this all sorted ASAP.

I run a GM2, which uses the same drives as the X45. I have an X45 and could maybe test - but not until later this week. their new stuff is actually much better on XP.

Any help appreciated, The stick and throtle are fine but the programming software doesn't work but as i said this is a well known issue with the X45 and X36.

I'm running XP-PRO bud, the Stick works fine ie stick and throttle inputs, it's the Saitek programming software that doen't work .

I have downloaded the latest Version From Saitek site but no joy! if possible could you let me know if you can get your Software sent to me over ICQ or such like to give it a try?
