I hate Comcast
Ok so called up a week before I left the states saying canceling bill as of may 31st 2008. No issues they saya nd since you pay for next months bill with hem the owed me 70$ range they said. Brought back the modem and digital cable boxes that sat just before heading to Canada. So get mail form them Friday, was redirected to my place from my old us address even tho I gave comcast my new address in Canada, odd but ok its here. Open it to find a bill for next month internet and such. So they don't even have my Canadian address on file, never sent me cash they owe me and are billing me when I am not even in the Us and don't have there equipment to even access there lines. All I can say is that I really can't wait to call down and see who screwed up on this one

Think thats bad... they started charging me a modem rental out of the blue and took 2 years to get em to stop... ive owned my own modems for at least 6 years or so? not sure been awhile though 
on the upside. after the 2 yr debate with em and they saying the EXACT same thing every time ( till wife threw a small tizzy in front of other CUSTOMERS at the desk THEN they noticed her...) we did finaly get the money back in free service lol. Comcast... customer no-service #1!
