Need help with computer

I bought a X-45 2 days ago and started to fly some Jane´s F/A-18E the problem is that i installed some extra stuff with the artmanager and then installed THS highres stuff and then i got an error message and a ctd so i uninstalled the game and ths but now i cant install F/A-18 anymore
i get 99% on the installshield then it stops:( .

Another thing is that when i installed the x-45 i got a warning message that the x-45 wasent supported and could cause damage to the comp and it recomended to not install it.
another thing is when i installed the j-stick i got asked to install some kind of saitek keyboard stuff and HID mouse i dont know if im suppose to install those or not but i did.

I just manage to install F/A-18 after 30 min on 99% i was able to continue the instalation but it took some time.

Im still curios if im supose to install the saitek HID mouse and keyboard with the x-45.
