One of the cool things I stumbled upon last night: you can set up a 3D sound field so that different voices come from different areas.

The best thing though, is being able to set individual volume levels for everyone. Woo hoo!

that's a feature on the newer vents, but on windows only... (individual volume)

Of course the vent people are dick bags, so TS3 is better by default anyway.

See http://www.ventrilo.com/purchase.php for ample evidence of dick baggery

yes - newer server version requires purchase while TS3 is free.

Hondo,
please change your avatar in TS3. (if he does not see this someone please relay it).

Overall,
do we want to invite the CoH/CoV people to TS3?

I'll relay to Hondo.....I'm afraid to ask what it is.....

I dotn see a big promlem inviting ShoSho and her crew over to TS3. I figured it was up to Hammer to make the call.

Thankfully the phonetic name thing is so convoluted and gives waaaaay to much info, we wont have to deal with some of the Phonetic names (yes I abused the system also) any more
