The person who is leading the charge said he has investors lined up for the company, he touched on it briefly in our meeting on Monday. He basically said he is waiting to see what happens with the merger. He has been planning on starting his own company for a few years now, our current situation may have just accelerated his plans.

Thanks for the info Steel, I'll keep that in mind should the need arise.
