I might be WAY off on this but...

I did a Google search and I found a company http://www.tukati.com. It looks like their software is used to SHARE bandwidth with computers that have it installed. It might be using your computer as part of their Virtual Network Overlay (VNO) and storing files on your computer for the Tukati VNO and sharing them with anyone on the Tukati network.

Do you have any file sharing programs installed on your computer like Kazaa, or Morpheus, or the like? Maybe this Tukati was installed at that time? Check your Win.INI file and see if this Tukati is setup to RUN when Windows boots up. The best way to check this is START-->RUN-->MSCONFIG-->WIN.INI tab-->under +Windows. Expand the +Windows choice and see what programs are being loaded.

Yes, well I have Kazaa. And you see, I did not know what this tukati thing was so I double clicked on it...stupid me. So then it decided to startup with windows each every time I boot up. Like Hell! I went into Msconfig and disable the bastard. So it does'nt appear to be a problem perse' just don't know what it does and/or can I uninstall it. I remember when I knew what was on my comp and what it did....those days are long gone I guess.
