Yes ! I’m glad they haven’t given up on the Justice League because it’s more of an adult Sci Fi Cartoon rather than your regular slapstick WB shaggy dog story. Unfortunately , Scuttlebutt says this is their last season.

Far From Home ( Episode #88 )

Airing -

Saturday April 8, 2006 on Cartoon Network

Content –

Far From Home:

Supergirl gets abducted to the 31st century where it is destined she will never return.

Summery:

When Supergirl briefly appears to be dead, the shot of Green Lantern cradling her body, surrounded by the Legion, is an homage to the legendary cover of "Crisis on Infinite Earths" #7, where Superman does the same.

Character bios:

The Legion of Super-Heroes, the Fatal Five, Green Arrow, Supergirl

In the training simulation, Supergirl fights holographic robot versions of Blockbuster, Atomic Skull, Queen Bee, and (making her first appearence) Dr. Cyber.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is getting ready to launch a videogame for Justice League, named Justice League Heroes. The game is set to be released this Fall (2006) for PS2, Xbox, and PSP.

The game will feature an all new original story by Dwayne McDuffie ("Static Shock", "Justice League", "Teen Titans", etc). Here's how the game is described:

"In 'Justice League Heroes', gamers get to play Batman and Superman together along with an amazing team of super heroes wielding unprecedented powers for stand alone action on consoles and the PSP system," said Jason Hall, Senior Vice President of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. "The game utilizes Snowblind's innovative gameplay technologies and the respected story writing of Dwayne McDuffie to bring fans and gamers some of the best super hero battles in the universe."

Well after seeing these Super Hero’s in action on TV I’m taking an interest in a few of them and I might want to check this game out if it’s available for the PC… someday.

Superman and Green Lantern ain't got a'nothin' on me!

Manotaurus

I gotta get those Batman: the Animated Series DVDs. That was some of the best Batman stuff ever produced. I read somewhere (probably the COH forums) that the last scene of the final JLA episode was supposed to be the same as the first scene of the first BtAS episode. You heard anything about that?

Actually the most powerful superhero is Amazo

Yeah Batman was the coolest. I started watching his animated series long ago and was always looking forward to the next time. Bruce Wayne is actually the financial supporter for the Justice League Watch Tower in earth orbit. He pops in every now and than with some cool gadgets and clever thinking. He’s been a P.I. for a long time and knows his way around. It cracks me up sometimes when of none of the other Justice League Members can figure out a way to end the scenario with the bad guy and look dumbfounded. Then ! , Bruce pops up out of no ware from his absences and comes up with a solution that saves the day , either to an alien envision or a means to take the bad guy down. Nice.. He keeps saying he doesn’t want to take charge or lead the Justice League or even be a part of their group . That and he doesn’t want to be bothered unless it’s an emergency. But he still hooks up with them about half the time.

Hawkgirl is a totally cool Red head wing woman with some attitude boasting some brains of her own. I drought if I’d get along with her in person though. I think I just like her form a distance. :) She’s always had a thing for the Green Lantern. But Batman has always had a thing for Wonder Woman , and visa versa. No luck for Superman yet. I think Louis Lane has been giving him the cold shoulder ever since her and Bruce Wayne started dating. That came to a quick end however once she found out that Bruce Wayne was incognito as Batman. Or is that the other way around .

I’m not sure what to think about BtAS. I actually never head of it. Is it an abbreviation for another animated series. ? If it’s an abbreviation for one of the Batman series than nope. Never heard nothing about it , yet.

Take it EZ and thanks for the post !

Some BtAS episodes compare favorably to episodes of BtVS.
