I’m Sorry To Have Taken SO Lonnng , You must have been a bitch when I’s Gone !

Wow , my old friend showed up out of noware today after several years. And yep , he’s a KiSS Oholic. I got the long version of 100,000 years with an awesome drum solo. Woot !

And ! I finally got the front axel to lock hubs on my 92 Blazer. It was a vacuum problem. Now I’m 4 x 4 rdy. Hmm, If only I had some Alterian tiers to go with it. We have some nice hills around here to climb. Nothing like the Mud bogging that BH is used too tho , but some nice challenging hills anyway. :)

I haven’t been 4 x 4 ‘ing in so long. I’ll try it with the street tires I have on there first , just to see how she does. Later I’ll slap on a body lift so I can put some 30-31 10.5 muder tires on there. ( Might be much later seeing how I haven’t won the lotto yet.) The tires hit the fender well as it is on large bumps , so I’m sure I’ll need to spruce up the suspension or give the body a lift before I’m able slap bigger tires on it. But yep , they don’t make em like this anymore. I have posi traction in the rear with posi up front as well. I guess that’s like a Quadra track. Personally I’d rather have Detroit lockers up front. They just grab all the time.

Mine is white with a 4 door , but it could look similar to this one someday.

Mate, you mention 4x4 over here, and people automatically start thinking BMW X5 or Porche Cayenne, Toyota Landcruiser, etc.,
The only real 4x4 in this country mate is a Land Rover!

Range Rover's aren't too bad, but i'd be too scared to scratch it/get it muddy by taking it off road.....nothing better than a filthy Defender IMO :)

Canada for pre-op tour training was quite common for us. As a result I quite often found myself at the wheel of a Half Ton AP Landy - Have to say it was a definite fave of mine. A year or two prior to the arrival of the 'Wolf' Landy, we came into possession of a fleet of V8s. Tasked along with a few other guys to pick-up from the port, off we went. Coming back was awesome stuff, blowing off big Mercs and BMWs on the autobahns - I'm sure I caught a glimpse or two of a few gobsmacked drivers in the mirrors as we just left them for dead! LOL 8) Wasn't long before they put restrictors on those things. :(
