If this is to be, they must surely name the next one after him. I consider him to have been hugely influential in the lives of most Americans.

My guess is there will be another ship with that name. I don't know if it will be a carrier or not, although generally speaking all president's names went solely to CVs. However, all CVs are of course not presidents!

I look forward to it. Outside of all the crap that went on surrounding his family, he was a good man.
