If you have not yet tired out Ventrilo, please do so. It has the best sound rendering we have encountered yet.

We do still need to test it on dialup, so if you have a dialup account please try it out in a game...we need to see if it creates more in game lag (than you normally have...!). Note that it is imperative that you test it IN a game, not just jump on with someone and chat for a bit.

We also need to know if anyone else had compatability problems with it.

If you do need a new sound card to run it, you can get a SB Live on ebay for around $25 to $30, if that is feasible (quite a LOT less than I payed for mine...).

If everyone can not run it, we will not switch - so no worries that you will be left behind.
