New Computer
My new computer came in today (I didn't expect it until next monday), if I would have known it was coming so soon I would have ordered the video card sooner so now I have to wait on that, but hey I won't be 100% up and running until this weekend.

Here is some of the specs on the PC:
1.86GHz Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 processor
19" diagonal widescreen LCD monitor
2GB DDR2 SDRAM
320GB hard drive
16X DVD+/-RW dual-layer optical drive
integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 video graphics
and since that is a sucky video card I am going to be ordering this one next week:
EVGA e-GeForce 7950 GT KO SUPERCLOCKED - graphics adapter - GF 7950 GT - 51.

Dude...make sure your PSU has the nuts to run that card. IIRC this is what is the requirments.......
Minimum of a 400 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 18 Amps.)
Minimum 500 Watt for SLI mode system.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 28 Amps.)
An available 6 pin PCI-E power connector (hard drive power dongle to PCI-E 6 pin adapter included with card)
trust me....it took me weeks to figure out what PSU to get to power my eVGA 7950GTX2 1gb card

This one is only a 512mb card. I don't see how much of a difference that is but this box I just purchased should do the trick. Well I just looked at the specs on that card and you are right...I have to check the specs on my PSU and available connection for my board to see if that is the real deal Hollyfield.

I’m drooling over that hard drive , Sweet…. I just had to swap my 80gb drive from my old computer over to my newer one today. Lots of file transfers before it all was done. Now my old computer has 60gb and the newer one has 160gb. It runs out quick if you have massive game like Supreme Commander or Steam installed with all the goodies. Not to mention lots of movies.
We're in the pipe , five by five.
