Actulay No I don't think of Quebec as a different country. They do pretend to be a special province because of the French aspect even tho the language is VERY different from France French. The only special I consider them is short buss special
I still like what 15 years ago now they had a referendum to break away form Canada. Ok fine whatever. But wait they wanted 0 of the national debth, 1/3 of the military force/equipment of Canada, still wanted Canadian Passports and Currency. Um wait a min you want to break away but keep some Canadian things and yet take no debth with you. Um ya right. If the referendum did go through I say the day after the Government of Canada say, screw this, Kick Quebec out , dig a ditch and give them nothing . Wait and see how long they want back in. In all honesty it made no sense hence why my short buss comment stands, at least for the group these days thats till wants to break away. tho that group has gotten a lot smaller.
