The Daylight Savings change: no savings, no point

Wow what a surprise, the change in daylight savings did nothing for the power consumption. Ok I like the extra hr of light in the afternoon, but the main goal never happened. Just meant a lot of work for computer geeks like me to make sure systems did not go down because of this. It was like a mini Y2K. also brings to mind the morons who where on the news saying Y2K was nothing, overblown, ya ok and nothing happened because Billions of dollars went into fixing the issue. those so called experts need to be whipped. Interesting read tho.
