So, where am I?

Grifter's on vacation this week, so why isn't he around? Well I thought I was going to have "some" time this week for gaming, but unfortunately I was recently hired to teach part-time at the University of Phoenix, which has a rather thorough training program for its new faculty; in fact, I've never seen anything like it before. The killer is that I'm not getting paid for all the work I'm doing right now, a little loop hole they found in the law I guess. Unfortunately for me, I need the cash badly enough that I'm willing to put up with this training program, and while it's not all bad, it's really a time monger. Five weeks of this crap, sheesh. I'm gonna have to fudge my way through most of it since I actually have a real job during the day that demands my attention. Sufficed to say, that Friday nights are going to be my best bet until I've gotten past this trifling crap. Hopefully, teaching for them won't be nearly as demanding...a buddy of mine who works for a similar outfit says that it is not. I expect a typical college workload, which is something I can handle and still fly on a regular basis. I'll keep in touch as this group has proven time and again to be one of my few links to sanity.
