So Softball, would you recommend this movie? I noticed you said you saw the movie over on SimHQ.

Besides the ending (kinda lame), yes, it was good. It reminded me a lot of 28 Days later and 28 Weeks later (which I have yet to see, but I know the story). I enjoyed it.

So you think...
The dog scene in the movie was so touching, Debi and I are trying to adopt this dog:

If you haven't seen the movie read the book first, if you did see the movie read the book anyway and go see it again, you will be amazed at how they held true to the book but gave it alot of action. The movie and the book at first glance do not coincide with one another but once you analyze it everything in the book is in the movie but the way the writer and director wants it to be.

The real shocker? I am Legend had the biggest opening weekend for any movie in December. It made 76 million and that just beat the 73 million made by Return of the King.

It wont have the box office legs that Return of the King had though. I'm pretty sure I Am Legend will drop off significantly by next weekend.

SPOILER note DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU HAVE SEEN MOVIE
the ending, when they get to the town, there s a wall all around, one thing that got me is that way those things can climb the house, wouldn't a wall be easy for them to get up. Those walls where not that high, don't think that they would be good enough to keep them out. Just a thought.

** SPOILER WARNING**
What I would like to know is how did Anna get INTO and OUT OF Manhattan Island if all of the bridges were destroyed and roads blocked? At the end she was driving the SUV to the town. *scratches head* I know, I know, it's just a movie.
I'm currently reading the book (The movie version, not the original version) and the book is a bit different.
