Writers Strike vs Heroes

NBC could delay the return of Heroes until fall since creator Tim Kring thinks he can only complete three more episodes this season. That's barely enough time to relaunch the series with a new story arc entitled ''Villains'' (which they had planned to do with the second half of the season before the strike began). ''With a show like Heroes that's so strongly serialized, and given what we wanted to accomplish with the new storyline, to come back with just three episodes could be creatively dangerous,'' he says.

Season 2 has thus far - IMO of course - been disappointing anyway.

Based on what I've read so far, season 2 has been a disappointment for a very large percentage of fans.

It's not bad, but it clearly didn't live up to expectations.

However, I wonder how much is due to the fact that we all knew it wasn't going to be a full season and the fact that the series couldn't really complete the arc they began?

I don't know if they knew when they started writing it, because I don't know when they started writing it. Yes, though, it's not as good.
Am I the only one who pretty much only really enjoys the Hiro stuff now? Sylar isn't the same...
