TERMINATOR SALVATION: THE FUTURE BEGINS - 4th film in the franchise, to star Christian Bale as John Connor.

I'm going to wait on the reviews first before I go see this one. Terminator 3 was a decent movie but nothing special and the absence of James Cameron from the franchise sucks big time.

I'm really suspicious of a forth installment. Based on the third film, which wasn't bad but didn't hold a candle to the first two, I will most likely netflix the fourth film at best.

and this picture takes place in 2019
Shouldn't Ridley Scott be directing this then? Where's Rutger Hauer and Ford and Olmos??

However, McG has a less than stellar track record. At this rate T5 will be directed by some guy no one knows with a script from some guy that wrote the last Pepsi commercial.
