Based on the last episode, I think I know who "Number One" is. The hybrid cylon on the Basestar says some things and I think I figured out who it is based on what she said. Thinking back through the first three seasons, it is very possible for this person to be "Number One."

It was stated in an episode a few weeks ago that Stockwell's Cylon model is 1.

The ones we don't know are 7 and 9-12. The feeling is the 4 revealed at the end of S3 are 9-12 for convenience sake.

The weird thing is they have models 1-6 and then 8. Of course, that was likely just because they picked 8 for Sharon long ago before they'd decided to make a big deal out of the final 5. I'm sure if they had it over again she'd be 7 with 8-12 being the final 5.
