never seen it

That and I ma still ticked about China limiting news access and hell everyones access to internet and such even tho they said they would do open access. But ok some what expected but the fact the olimpic comitey who also said open access signed a agreement to allow china to limit access really put a BAD taste to this for me. And whats realy sad is its hardly reported on at all

I agree with Buff. I watched a good portion of this before going to bed and it was an amazing presentation. Outside of fencing, I could care less about the Olympics, but the opening ceremony was incredible.

that 4x100 relay might have been the greatest swim I have ever seen and I'm a Olympic swimming junkie. I spent a great portion of my youth in a pool when I lived in California. I played water polo and made the 15 and under California Junior Olympic team and was a backup on the 17 and under team and had 2 team mates invited to the '76 Olympic trials, so I have seen my share of good races. That was so unbelievable that it borders on indescribable. WOW! so far there have been some great moments 3 days in, too bad some folks are forgetting its about the athletes....

I've always found the woman's gymnastics interesting ever since Mary Lou Retton wound up on the Wheaties Box. Actually before that... I was allot younger then. She brought some style to the Olympics. It's fascinating to see them flip and tuck for a good landing. It's even something a Ninga or Samurai assassin would find difficult to achieve.

lol ya China realy is showing off all the um "Assets" lol

Found out the 9 year old who sang the anthem is a standing, she was lip singing for a 7 year old they decided was not cute enough

But yes Buff the girls handing out meddals and such um ya um WOW PDT_Armataz_01_11

Also found out the fire works we saw on tv where computer generated atleast the air shots of them where as they decided a helocopter in the air for filming would be bad so they where created in computer to look exactaly liek what was seen there.

But dam again must admit they did a VERY good job

China may be doing things a little odd and trying to make themselves look perfect but got to admit they are doing a good job of it.

Haven't watched any of the olympics till 06:00 this morning when i woke up to sounds of whistles and cheering? Went down stairs to find Ebony my dog was sitting on the TV remote and had turned on the TV!

When i saw what she was watching i told her she was a good dog and gave her a biscuit, then sat down and watched the play offs for Bronze, Silver and gold for the WOMENS BEACH VOLLEY BALL PAIRS!! FANTASTIC!

CONGRATS TO THE USA ON THE GOLD FOR THAT ONE!

Whoever made that one an olympic sport (four girls in bikinis jumping around in the pouring rain slapping each other when they score PDT_Armataz_01_11 )deserves a medal!
