DA, with you, I believe anything is possible. Lol!
Seriously though... Say wha....? I didn't know you had the game. How long ago did you buy it?
You should email or fax them a copy of your receipt and CD with the Serial Number and show them you have a legitimate copy of the game. Otherwise, I would return the game to the store and tell them you didn't get a serial number with it. Hopefully they will allow you to exchange it. If the serial number is on the CD case, I don't know what to tell you.
You also might wanna make sure you don't have a key-logger on your computer somewhere, I highly recommend a Spyware scan.
Good luck.
P.S. If you end up having to buy it again (It's worth buying it twice IMO), maybe there is a DL version?

I would call them up and go form there. SCREW e mail call them and ask WTF. Ask for a manager, ask for his manager, record everyones name and just keep claiming the chain. As long as you have the manual with code or case with code in it you have proof.

Ummmm Panzer, Sins of a Solar Empire is not an MMO, it's a great Space RTS game that us WOFers play.

Just note on big games we have done it takes MANY house to play but its worth it.

I bought it when it first came out. I didn't even know you guys had it, unfortunately I can't even remember where I bought it from. Maybe gamestop I'm not for sure. It had to be gamestop! But I still have the case with the serial number and the CD.

I still think someone Haxxored your PC. How else would your CD Key get out there on the internet? Did you "loan" the game to anyone? A friend perhaps?

Outside of you guys I don't have friends who game on the pc. Everyone I know is into consoles only. They can't afford to keep up with the PC. I have Norton's and I spyware scan with spybot to back Norton's up.

more likely someone got a key generator going and your key was created somehow and that's it.
so did you call them yet and bitch tell they fixed the issue. they say you need to buy a new copy, ask for manager and keep going like that. they keep saying buy a new copy then say you want a refund on the old copy to buy a new copy with

I haven't called yet but I also do not have the original Receipt and I rightly can't remember if I bought it from best buy target walmart or gamestop. But I will call and bitch and show them the original box and such. Veg I will try that tactic and if that dosen't work then I will start a boycott of their products.

boycott an't going to do squat as most company's in gaming if they see you have a key that is being hacked/used by others will cancel it. So in the end they are doing there job, it screwes the paying customer as well as the 30 guys spoofing the same key. As for not havig the receipt, I don't have mine either but I have box and the manual with the key on it. You have atleast soe proof of buying the thing, while others do not.

I would think they could disable that key and re-issue you a new one if you could show them proof (CD and Manual with CD Key).
If there is no Keylogger found on your PC, I'm going to guess that someone bought it already, grabbed the CD Key, and returned it before you got to it.

Let me guess Buff, you're an engineer?
