Just read on scifi.com that BSG will be returning January 16th.

I have not seen all epesodes but got as grasp of whats going on.

Well I recommend you watch all of the first half of season 4. As you know, the story is very interconnected so missing 1 or 2 eps can leave out a lot of important info.
