i looked at the game video - made for coop. the only thing i did not like was the number of enemies - seems a bit unrealistic. wonder if there might be mods for this in the future.

Yes I have it and yes it has coop, but if I remember right, the game graphics on my 24" WS monitor looked like hell! I tried playing it a year or so ago but I could not deal with the blocky pixels.

Perhaps they have improved the resolution through patches or what not, so I may re-install it to find out.

i think they are up to 1.13 patch or something like that - i saw some reference to a fairly new Diablo 2 patch when i was digging around for more info about Diablo 3. looks like Diablo 3 is not until late this year or sometime next year.

SB - NM on Diablo 2. 800x600 only if you have the expansion, otherwise 640x480. there are weird hacks to run the resolution higher, but it is not realiable it seems. you can run it in windowed mode, with a -w or -window or -windowed switch on the command line (one of the three).

I have Dungeon Siege II, it's very much a hack n slash, not too bad. There is also Space Siege, it's like DS but in Space.

Here is the link: http://www.spacesiege.com/spacesiege/index.php

I was looking through some of the videos and reviews for DS2, I can't believe that I haven't played it since 2005. Wow, it looks like NWN2 on crack, aka much faster paced.

I will have to dig up the CD and re-install it. GoGamer has DS2 Deluxe Edition (Game + Expansion) for $14.90 but it is currently out of stock.
