"V" Series Reboot

Post by PanzerMeyer »

This looks like it will be damn good. Morena Baccarin (Inara from Firefly) will be the new Diana. :)

yeah people on that forum seemed to jump all over it as a failure because it obviously drew plot elements from Independence Day, but even if that's so, I think it's a pretty clear deviation from that trope. This looks like it is very well done and worth a watch.

Looks pretty good, and it has a few familiar actresses in it. I don't really care for the short hair on Diana (Inara). The blonde woman is from "Lost", she should do well in this series.

Oh man when I was a kid I thought "V" was the greatest show ever. I never missed an episode.

Of course now in retrospect, "V" had some 80's cheese factor but the overall story was good.

True V had cheese factors, but in the 80's the special effects at that time
where not too bad. Twenty years from now we may say the same for
today's tv show and movies. PDT_Armataz_01_12
