I watched this on Netflix tonight via streaming; not a bad movie. Seemed a bit short, but there were some pretty intense moments during the mission.

Saints and Soldiers

Based on actual events, Saints and Soldiers tells the gripping story of a small band of Allied soldiers trapped behind enemy lines with information that could save thousands of American lives. Outgunned and ill-equipped, they battle a frigid wilderness and roving German troops in order to smuggle the critical intelligence back to Allied territory.


Next is: "Miracle at St. Anna"...

I'll have to check it out some day. It looks good. I also like the fact that the summary on Netflix said "roving German troops" instead of "roving Nazi troops" which is historically inaccurate anyway.

I watched this awhile back but I need to check it out again. I only remember bits and pieces.
