Idiot neighbors just set off a roman candle or something very much like one right up against the fence (within 10 feet of my car) and SET THE DAMN BUSHES ON FIRE. Right beside my car. "Oh, we're sorry! It fell over."
And they weren't kids. No, these were ADULT idiots.

Being as Sedgwick Co. (which is where Wichita is located) has relented and allowed no holds bared fireworks sales, its going to be even more nuts than before. Granted, the counties that surround Sedgwick (Butler, Harvey, Sumner, Kingman) have always allowed sales of pretty much every thing other than bottle rockets. Not sure why bottle rockets are so bad when you can buy 5" mortars that shoot big ass star shells 200 feet in the air.
