This certainly looks like it can be a winner and it seems to be just what the non-fans of Caprica would love to see.

Very cool, can't ever have enough BSG goodness. I wonder if any of the original BSG (old school BSG) cast will make an appearance? Wasn't that during the original cylon war period?

The time frames for the original BSG and the new BSG are completely different. The original BSG was contemporary since when the Colonials finally reach Earth, it's modern day (late 1970's) Earth while in the new BSG they arrive to Earth about 125,000 years before our modern day.

Yup I saw that all over the net yesterday. I love Caprica and I'm disappointed it got cancelled but the show simply failed to get enough of an audience and it would be unreasonable to expect any business to continue making something that they are losing money on.

There wasn't enough Zoe IMO. Not sure why they focused on the downfall of Greystone and less on the cylons. They have hardly shown Zoe during the 2nd season and I think she was a big part of the show, even if she was only a persona.

I think the fundmental problem is that a lot of the BSG fans bailed on Caprica because it was seen as being too heavy into the drama/soap opera aspects and not enough of the action/suspense aspects.
