Some of you have probably been wondering where I ran off to. In Oct my dad got really sick, cancer and chemo and radiation were tearing him up. We made it thru Thanksgiving and Christmas but last week we took him off chemo and tonight he passed. I'm just kinda numb. I'll get on later in the week or maybe next week depending.....
I love you dad...........

Sorry, Buff. That's a hurt that never really goes away, but you will get better at dealing with it. Just get through these next few days. They're going to be rough. We'll all be thinking of you.

Thanks guys, sorry I havent said that earlier but its been a bit crazy.
We had Dad's memorial service on Monday and are still waiting on scheduling for his internment at Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver. We had to go thru the VA to get Dad's DD-214 (discharge papers) and it took until yesterday for those to arrive.
Thanks again and I'll talk to ya soon
