those of you that have hosting services from me already know, but the servers will be moving this Saturday morning. that means ip change, even the name servers. so there may be an outage of up to 24 hours. i am doing everything i can to mitigate that, but that is the potential.

so the new ip for teamspeak will be 209.234.190.115 (the server will not be there until Sat morning, so do not try it now). same login as you use now. you can use that ip in case the ts.rlgaming.com does not work. write it down and put it on a sticky on your monitor because if ts.rlgaming.com does not work, you will not be able to get to the forums using http://www.rlgaming.com either.

pass the word to others you see on teamspeak.

Thanks Hammer. I just copied and pasted this post to an email and sent it to myself for reference.

OK -move is done and everything is bac to normal. the ip i had posted above will not/would not work (i did update it to the new, correct ip in the post above though). the ip range expected was not routed properly by the isp, so i had to use a different set of numbers for the servers.

but ts.rlgaming.com is fine now though.

Hmm, can't get TeamSpeak to connect with either that address or the numerical one.

it is up now. failed to start at server startup for some reason. sorry.
