i seem to remember being on a list that you had to confirm members? the main problem is i didnt know the majority of them.

so what would be the format? if someone invites someone to the forum, have them message me in a PM? that way i know to allow them in?

no, people would sign up for the forums and then you contact them via email to confirm they are real and maybe ask what games they are interested in or who invited them. once satisfied they are not a spammer, activate their account.
