I was born in 83 so the 80s is a little hazy to me... I remember enjoying the above shows but looking back they (were) are oozing quite a bit of cheese...

You mean when your crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. You then promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government you're still surviving as soldiers of fortune. If someone has a problem, if no one else can help, and if they can find you guys....maybe they can hire you?
