Jeez!! I musta been away far too long from Frugal's and when I got back and started reading things . . . .

I don't suggest anyone would go and comment around that subject, but it's suprising what you can miss if you're looking the other way for 10 mins!! Makes me wonder if I should have registered at FF, guess I'll just have to keep my origins to myself for fear of being labelled a friggin spy! :roll:

10 minutes? more like 14 months. that thread started on 19 may, 2003 and ended on 23 may, 2003. that is all old hat and was pre-sp4 release.

Yeah, okay - don't rub it in, you! The general idea was that last time I was at frugal's properly I was totally unaware something like this was about to kick-off. It obviously got way out of hand, I mean we all are aware of some of the stuff that has gone down the road regarding F4UT, G2i, FF and all the bloody rest of them. The smart ones like us stayed way out of the impact area, but I wasn't aware that it exploded like this in everyones' face. I mean, it's a bit much sending death threats don't you think?!
Anyway, I was only trying to indicate how shocked I was at that kind of behaviour surrounding a game that we all love playing - but understanding that in the end it's just a game - and that we don't actually own it either!!

i dont understand all this death threat stuff. why warn the guy? when i want to kill someone in real life i come up behind him and blow him away without warning him or i snipe him from a distance.

these damm wussies who have to send a death threat............
