Hmmmm .... well I'm afraid I'd have to view that comment in the same way I would if someone said " Mr. X is a fine outstanding member of the community, who attends church every Sunday." LOL! :lol: It's just a throwaway line used by lawyers.
And certifiable? Well yes, but probably with a nice white jacket on that buckles up at the back, and the sleeves wrapped round for extra warmth!!
