Private WOF AA server?

Is there anyone here who is running a private America's Army server? Playing on the public servers is less than entertaining and I'd really rather play with friends and be able to communicate with RW.

AA Server

Bad Karma had an AA server up Friday night, but I'm not sure if it supports the latest version of AA, 1.01b. I talked to him earlier today and he said he had his server setup with Version 1.01, but I don't know if it's 1.01 ot 1.01b.

As soon as I talk to him, I will post some info here. If I can figure out how to do it myself, I will setup an AA server for us to use.

I will try setting one up as soon as I get a chance... I will not be able to leave it up all the time though.

I was able to run an AA Dedicated Server. There are very few maps, 4 or 5. I have no way of switching maps unless I am there, and can physically shut down the server, change the RunServer.bat file to choose a new map, and then re-run the server. It's a hassle, but it works. Played around with AA tonight, Orion8th and I ran through some of the maps. Small maps, but very very fun. Definately need more players, 2 just doesn't cut it.

Let me know, and when we are all online, I'll setup a server for AA.

You want me to mail you a copy on CD? It's only about 200+ MB and plus the patch 1.01b.

Let me know, I still have your address.

BTW, did you get the X-36 working yet?

The final completed version will be mailed out on CD's in August. BTW, there is a way to set up automatic cycling. This is being done on Lifter's server from Arstechnica.

There is a site that may have instructions. try http://www.aaguide.net

Ok then
