Thanks for the invitation Rasta but the 151st are European based so your 20:00 EST schedule puts it at 01:00 GMT for us.

Sundays are better for us. We are 5 hours in front of EST, so just add 5 to the EST.
15:00-16:00 EST is a good time for us.
