Hi everyone,

I just got back from vacation. Looks like there were some drops during the past week? How did they go, were they fun? I would love to drop again really soon. I just need to get my land legs back- I was on a sailboat for a week and even though I am now hundreds of miles from the ocean, I still feel like I am on the boat!

Crickett- are we still scheduled to practice for Mondays?

I look forward to seeing everyone in Kali tonite.

Firemane,
Is it not weird how that sensation takes a while to go away? Try standing over the bathroom sink, run the water, and just look down into the sink... Most effective right after getting off of the boat.

Steel,
Now that's an interesting method to deal with that. I am feeling better but if it returns, I will try that even though I have been away from the water for over a day now. Thanks!

Thanks for the welcome home, Glas and Brutius!

duh, sorry Steel..my bad! I didn't get what you meant. I am not much of a sailor so it's pretty weird feeling for me. Most of my wife's family have sailed a lot- her parents have a boat, and now that they are retired, they sail for quite a few months of the year. We joined them for a week in the Bahamas.

Lancer,
I am with you... I hear voices while working myself, just don't really pay them any heed...

Iv'e had that feeling before .... All Day the next day after going up and back to the island of Victoria from Washington state by ferryboat. Man... it rough seas on the way back. Heavy fog , High Winds , and the beer wasn't helping out. The boat got completely side ways several times. All I could do the next day was try to focus on watching the TV till the room stopped moving heh
