OK folks this for you BT junkies out there. I have loved the universe for the story and robustness. did not play P&P or board game alot just collected the books and manuals for the hell of it. OK here is the question.

If you had to make up a allstar command .what would that unit look like. you can mix house,Clan, merc, pireate, prep....it does not matter..Its like the USA Todays Allstar team. Also name the commander of that unit.

This is a 15 Regiment command
Eridani obvious Choice, NWH because they are tuff as nails and they have a long history like ELH. 1st St Ives Lancers because they are commanded by Kai Lio. The Davion AG beacuse they hit like a train and man for man they are the best assault drivers around. Avanties Angles because of their unconventional tactics and their uncanny ability to beat the odds. The kell hounds because they operate very well in small units.Bn and smaller. The Posperian guard , they are the best combat unit the Dragon can muster..tuff, The honorbound and well disciplined. 1st Royal BR. Morgons Lions..They are the best of the Best in the IS, Crack shots..all have completed the SLDF Gun Slingner program they are TOP GUNS. 388th Comstar Div..they spiecailize in covert operations and special ops a need asset. The Hells Black Aces..They are the Best areo space pilots in the IS..battle test..a well rounded unit needs great air support. they are all areo fighters no Battle mechs.

Ok there you go There are better units...ie Wolf Dragoons
But I match these units to mesh well togather...ok..klets see yours..you don't need to do 10..

I would take the 151st Light Horse backed up by the 21st Striker and the 71st Light Horse! If you are talking SLDF I'll make room for the 19th Cavalry. Thats it! No Guard fops or ex-test tube boys for me.

Wolf's Dragoons

That is it. They have met and fought against each other to the detriment of both units. If you recall most of Wolf's Dragoons were made up of freeborn Clanners. I think both units would complement each other very well.
