I was on the spec ops/recon team for Alpha. My fire team took 3 surrenders since we got so close undetected, took and cause the first casualties of the battle (our initial firefight took out about 15 enemy and we took two wounded), eavesdropped on their patrol base for an hour (I did the eavsedropping and calling in of intel while remaining undetected only 20 ft. from the bravo patrol base while lying in an open field of knee high grass in the hot sun, my two fire team mates provided security), then overran it, located the entire enemy force that our CO had lost contact with (they were trying to sneak into our rear area - we found them there), took the point man of that force by surrender, then harrased the rest and led them away from the rear area supply depot that was their target (for a while - 'til their CO figured out there were only three of us!).
All in all it was a great time. Scenarios run like this are the closest you can get to real military operations without being in the military. I just wish the guns had a bit longer range...
