The very nice ppl over at MekTek have now added Dustbowl and Frostbite to the official map releases. They have also updated the list of files you need to copy across.

For the Frostbite map you must copy the file artic06.mw4

For the Equinox map you must copy the file artic03.mw4

For the Dustbowl map you must copy the file artic06.mw4 and desert07.mw4

For the Hogsback map you must copy the file alpine03.mw4

For the Lakefront map you must copy the file swamp03.mw4

For the Scrub map you must copy the file desert02.mw4

For the Timberline map you must copy the file alpine02.mw4 and artic06.mw4

You copy the file/s from the resource/maps folder of MW Vengeance into the resource/maps folder of Mercs.

Ok Lunacy and Snowjob* have now been added to the official list of maps for Mercs. Head over to:

http://www.mektek.net/downloads/mw4/maps/mercmaps/

For the Lunacy map you must copy the file lunar01.mw4

For the Snowjob map you must copy the file artic04.mw4

You copy the file/s from the resource/maps folder of MW Vengeance into the resource/maps folder of Mercs.

(*Almost called Snowjob the rather rude name that the 151 use for it. Lower your imaginations to the gutter and you will guess it :P )

With the conversion of the maps from Ven. and BK ongoing Members are encouraged to check the Mektek website that Lancer has in his post above regularly for new maps. Slamhammer has advised that these maps will more than likely be used in the leagues when they restart. For some this post will be redundant, as they have already d/l the ones on the site.
This post is just a reminder for everyone to check the website regularly.
Thanks. :)

Please accept my apologizes :( I in no way meant that the work you had done was redundant. My intent was that some had already seen your post about the maps, myself included, :D and had already downloaded them, and my post about everyone needing to check the website was merely an attempt to let everyone know that they probably need to get them also.
No offense was meant.
With the utmost respect, <Salute>
