Letter of Commendation
Stache
I would like to congratulate Lieutenant Stache for going Above And Beyond the call of duty these last few months. This first-rate pilot has been acquiring Wars for the rest of us here , plus , keeping the unit up to speed on practices and upcoming Battles. Not only is he a friendly character , but is also is very proficient at keeping good public relations with ELH members and other units. To top it off , he has taken on the responsibilities of performing back ground checks for those pilots interested in joining our ever growing unit. I for one really appreciate all he has done for us and consider him to be a valuable asset to this unit. Someone this skillful should get a well deserved raise in rank. It would look good for ELH to have higher ranking officer with such talented skills to represent our team.
Tach Deneva
Tech Deneva has always been a friendly person and an outstanding pilot these last few months. He has committed himself to becoming a better Mech Warrior by showing up at Fort Winston for regular practices and off days much of the time. When he first came in , I was able to target him fairly easy. However , his determination and hard training has really paid off. He has become damn near an evincible pilot. I for one have a hard time targeting him , even on my better days. It’s as if there were a force field sounding his mech. I sense there is a true Veteran Pilot behind the stick when I see him in action. Anyone who has been this loyal to the unit for so long , and is that gifted on the Battle field should be congratulated with a raise in rank. (Looking at this from another standpoint) Having the drop window filled higher ranking officers could be used as a fear tactic to keep our enemies off balance in Battle .

We're in the pipe , five by five.
Stache, congrats man. You're a good man, and you deserve it. You've always been a quality pilot and now you've taken on all this extra stuff, and you still come through like a pro. You're a rock. Cheers!
Tach, I don't know as well as I should (which is my fault, not his), but he's always seemed like a friendly guy, and I salute him, as well. <S>
Keep up the excellence, fellows! (It's guys like you that carry the rest of us lazy bums, heh. )
