My cable at home got cut but the guy next to me...he was weed eating or somthing....so i have to wait untill monday untill they can get someone to the house to repair it......thanks....<S>

heh well I had to make a mad dash out to Denver on Fri due to my Grandma taking a spill. Shes fine but it scared her so bad that her b/p went up to 168/90 and the Doc's thought she was going to stroke. So I went out till my dad could get free of flight tests.

BTW SD ships my new ride on Monday =) so I can get back in the saddle!

Is it a timed event? Judged for quantity versus quality? Accuracy and Distance?
Relays? Are there teams, or is it purley a solo event?
How does one practice and get in shape?
Can you do it yourself, or do you need a personal trainer?
Do you have to buy a membership at a fancy gym, or just a pair of plain gym socks?
