Any Mechy or MegaMek games planned by anyone??

thats the funny part.....in CBT the Annihilator is a crappy, insanly crappy mech that most often gets painted up to look like Big Bird. It's uber slow, and has a crappy ammo load so your guns go dry really fast....oh and no CASE so it's a ammo crit looking for a place to happen.

I don't recall ever running an Annihilator but looking at the specs in HeavyMetal Pro, I see what you mean. I guess I'm not gonna complain too load, at least the MekTek guys are willing to put all this work into the game to keep it going. Just too bad they can't crunch it through a new graphics engine and get some newer DirectX support for it. Maybe we should go crawling to Bill Gates...

Yeah, crazy MW4. I mean, sure, you CAN put a heavy gauss rifle on a Dragon, but it won't fit on an arm - ya have to split it between a side torso and the ct. That is, if ya still want the mech to move 6 - 9 - 0 and have armor and a few other weapons. I know cuz I made one for MegaMek.

I made a fun variant of the Grim Reaper, btw. Replaced the LRM20 with an LRM15 and swapped the MPL for two MLs so it could have jump jets (5 - 8 - 5) and CASE in both torsos. Everything else is the same.
