This game has great atmosphere (sounds, visuals, etc.) - but is a bit arcadish in the fact that powerups (I cannot stand this) are on the map and that is takes far too many hits for YOU to get killed...at least in single player. You can also carry far too many weapons at one time... I definitely would not call it a sim... Notwithstanding that, it is great fun though, and I think some of those things can be turned off in the game settings?

I only saw a patch for the full version of the game. Where did you see a patch for the MP Demo? Or do you mean the new, extra map? Thx.

the patch is further down the page and is harder to find. plus it took a long wait to get it but thank god it is tiny. so i put it in my shared icq folder also.

ummm...i looked at the whole page. there is a patch 1.11 for the game, and a new map for the multiplayer demo. what is the file name that you dl'ed?

the extra map looks like a wait in line at FilePlanet...

So how did the MOH Spearhead demo pan out? Let's hear a debrief on how things went. Sorry I missed out, we had some GOOD OFP time last night. Completed 3 or 4 missions, all in all a very successful OFP night.

Would like to hear how the MOH went. I have the original, and was wondering if it would be worth picking up the addon?

I think it is more of the same... Not much new except maps and missions, which if you like the original...

It is fun, but definitely not a sim... MP seems to be quite smooth with a few exceptions of the server getting buggered up occasionally...
