Has anyone here besides me and Jedi ever played any of the Serious Sam games? Sure, they are straight forward shooters but what made those games so much fun was the solid COOP support and the humorous lines your character would say from time to time. Yeah, this is very much a simple straight shooter in a similar vein to Doom and Quake. However, what makes this game unique in my opinion is the different look and feel of the game as well as the creative weapons and monsters. The fact that the Serious Sam games are made by a Croatian developer may account for the "unique" look of the game.
