Paypal Account Holders E-MAil

Please everyone be aware of apparent spoof e-mails being received, disguised as 'PayPal' payment notifications or similar. Tiscali are currently investigating some 600 cases reported in the last 48 hours.
Mine began 'Dear Customer' and the amount stated was for $1900 or so. Please DO NOT click anywhere in that e-mail, neither hyperlinks nor "paypal login windows". Simply delete and report the e-mail as you find necessary. I suspect this is one of those access username / password theft devices.
Anyone who can add more light to this please post it here for everyone to read. Information is a powerful tool . . . . .
