I was searching the web for a free photo editing program (Don't have Photoshop at work) I found this program called Photo Plus 6.0. I had to register my name and email address (Hotmail 4tw) to get the program unlocked, but it costs me nothing but junk email. (Which Hotmail filters anyway, lol). It is very similar to Photoshop with the number of features it has, I highly recommend it. So I wanted to share this with everyone in case someone is looking for a good cheap (And very easy to use) method of editing/creating photos.
