Sorry to burst your bubble and all that - but just to clarify things and bring those non-mil amongst us up to speed with general tradition....ahemmm..........
The person being promoted is the one who gets the round in; so Madrus, Grifter, & Steel get your asses up to the bar, ring the damn bell, and hand your bish-bosh to the barman!
Oh, and by the way, don't think this'll stop me tapping you in the forehead with 5.56 if you run towards me with a weapon in your hand!
