This might even require me to come out of GR-mission-writing-retirement to create a new mission or two for us.

It seems like everyone is trying to make it to the "axis-of-evil" top ten list. We may need a second tier for those who are part of an axis of "pretty-bad."

Well if memory serves me correctly, in Panama there is a Marine Recon unit or regiment and a atleast a SEAL team that operates out of there. Crack bunch of guys but its a 9 hour flight from Norfolk Va to Panama so Special Forces units can be inserted within hours then hop across the border and back across and never be missed, the River Rats as they like to be called operate and train out of Naval Station Rodman, Panama via The Amphib base at Little Creek VA, but I think they have merged with the SEAL teams I'm not forsure. Panama was a beautiful place when I was there, if you could get past the look of Panama city itself, we affectionately called it War Torn Iraq.
